Beyond the wedding classics, and as the local people say “Wedding photography matrimonio” or as the Americans call it “Lets have a Lake Como Boat Photoshoot!” we managed to achieve something outside of the box, since the location is already used to some all-time classic destination wedding styles. A sublime wedding ceremony took place in a venue which left all astounded, the inspiring neoclassical style Catholic Basilica Prepositurale di San Nicolo! Such wedding venues in Lake Como offer the best backdrops for destination weddings, and let the local destination wedding planners in Italy, to play with minimal to no ceremony decorations, since the surroundings are phenomenal!

Gorgeous bride Anabella Mainetti was dressed in a long, fairy, one-piece white wedding dress, with a royal-styled top finishing, having a delicate transparency with some handmade embroideries made of Swarovski crystals. The handsome groom in black-tie outfit seized also the lenses of both me & my friends, the destination wedding videographers from Diego Perrini Video. A Hollywood Style Wedding, or more like a Royal Style wedding was happening in front of us! Some amazing black and white photos from couple’s first dance, wedding party & reception, in the marvellous Villa Giulia Ristorante, are some of my favourites among others.
